Comic Life is a cute little app that one of my students found (thanks Cody!). It quickly helps you turn drawings and/or photographs into comic book pages. While the basic design of the program is a little formulaic, it allows you a decent amount of control over the pages and layout, and the content is entirely up to you.
Comic Life is the recipient of 'The Best Product New to Mac OS X' award in this year's Apple Design Awards, and is also rather inexpensive.
