More on Copyright

Author Mark Halpern has an editorial in the New York Times today advocating never-ending copyright. Seems a bit ironic to me since he may owe a small debt to Mr. Shakespeare for borrowing the title of A Winter's Tale for his own novel. Larry Lessig has begun a wiki reply. Genius! Lessig's use of the wiki format of collaborative and shared work is, in itself an excellent rebuttal of Halpern's article. The content, which you can help edit or contribute, makes some excellent points as well.
