The Bears in Ill-Fitting Hats Flickr group represents a cool new way of communicating with art.

1.Someone comes up with a subject and creates a Group
2. The group can be set to 'public', 'public with invitation', or 'private'.
3. You can then tweak the permissions, icons, and membership of your group.

4. Invite your students or students around the world to participate!

One idea I'd like to get off the ground, since its a popular art class activity is to populate a flickr group with drawings by students of their communities. Flickr even allows you to place these pictures on a map, so that you'd be able to see various communities around the worlds from the student point of view!

That will have to wait until after the holidays though... and speaking of which, have some happy ones!
