Great ideas are often very simple ones. The objet of The Doodle Game is very simple. You doodle. The person your playing with makes a doodle based on your doodle. Then the first person makes a doodle based on that doodle. If there are more players, you can play in the round.
It's simple, and it can be a great idea-generating-do-now for the first few minutes of a class.
