Looking for an excuse to come to China?
I'm happy to announce and promote the Learning 2.0 Conference, which I have been involved in organizing. The conference will be held at the Concordia International School in Shanghai, September 14-16, 2007.
We have an impressive list of presenters, including Alan November, Chris Smith, Jamie McKenzie, Sheryl Nussbaum-Beach, Wes Fryer, and Will Richardson. Who else will be there? How about you? We're looking for both participants and presenters who are interested in transforming the dialogue about web 2.0 into actual learning 2.0.
On a personal note, I would love to see some art educators involved. The visual nature of the internet creates all kinds of possibilities for the visual arts, as I've been documenting on this site for the past two years. It would be great for some of those avenues to be explored with a group of like-minded educators.
